Market Pricing and Compensation Structure Development – To create equitable pay programs and policies for a fast-growing pre-IPO technology company, market priced 50 jobs, developed pay grade structure, defined job families, and slotted all company jobs into structure.
Compensation Program Integration – Following an acquisition, worked with a technology company to integrate two companies’ compensation policies and structures into a common scheme.
