Winnie Skeates
Winnie Skeates has been a Certified Compensation Professional since 1992. She launched her own human resources consulting practice in 2002 after more than 15 years in corporate human resources at Millipore, National Grange Mutual Insurance Company, Nashua Corporation and GenRad.
Recent consulting projects include:
- Designing pay structures and compensation administration guidelines for manufacturing, technology, financial, and non-profit organizations
- Developing and managing a regional multi-industry benefits and compensation survey
- Auditing benefits plan compliance for a high-tech manufacturer
- Developing and documenting human resource policies for a communications firm
A graduate of Bates College, Winnie has a Master’s Degree from Harvard University and a Certificate in Pension and Benefits Administration from Bentley College. She is a member of WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resources Management, and a founding member of the New England Compensation Consortium. She currently serves as Vice President of the Greater Monadnock SHRM Association.
